Please download the required macro from here.. Here, if someone will overwrite the value in Sheet1, the macro will ask for password(which is set to vikas now).If you dont enter a correct password, you will not be able to change the cells value.

Hi, I have a suggestion for you is that Just create email id for this blog, put it on this blog. So that People can send their queies to this Blog. It will be useful to many, not only the peoson, who has doubt. Because People keep visiting this kind of Blogs.
